저희는 소기업체인 제이씨산업(http://www.jeicci.com/)이며,

대한민국의 대기업인 L그룹의 부도덕한 행태를 알려서

또다시 이러한 일이 반복되지 못하게 하고 싶습니다.



4년전에, 수년간에 걸쳐 개발하였던 칫솔의 특허관련

자료를 국내 칫솔시장의 대부분을 선점하고 있는 L그룹에

송부하고 아이디어가 채택되어 대기업의 기술력으로

제품화되길 희망한 적이 있습니다.



그러나 관련사에서는 송부한 자료에 대한 별다른

회신조차도 주지 않아 관심이 없는걸로 알고 있었는데,

몇 년이 지난 지금 L그룹은 기능성이 똑같은 제품을

유사하게 제조하고 특허출원까지 하였다고 광고하며

고가로 시판하고 있습니다.



자본력이 부족한 개인이나 중소기업의 약점을 이용

아이디어를 표절하고 독자개발 제품인양 광고하는 대한민국

대기업을 어떻게 해야할까요.



현재 저희사는 또 다른 중소업체에게 지적재산권을

침해당하고 있는 상태며 이와 같은 행태들을 방지하고

조금이나마 근절시키기 위해 인터넷 망을 통해

항의문을 게시하여 국내·외 네티즌에게 지속적으로

알릴려고 합니다.

Goliath’s Fight

I am deeply sorry for writing on the bulletin board

without permission.

We are a small company called Jeicci

Industry(www.jeicci.com), and intend to let people

know of misdeeds by L company, one of big

conglomerates in Korea, to stop this kind of acts

occurring again.

We once hoped to see our idea materialized as a

product with the help of technology of the big

company, which had a greater market share for

toothbrush in Korea, after sending to it

patent-related documents on our toothbrush which

we had developed in years of research 4 years ago.

They, however, did not reply to our sent documents,

So that we decided they have no interest in it,

but now, several years later, L is manufacturing a

similar product with the same function as ours and

selling it at a high price, advertizing that they have

applied for a patent on it.

What should we do with this conglomerate which

Abuses an individual's or a small company's lack of

Capital and steals their idea, even advertizing it

as if it is of their own development.

Currently our company's intellectual property is again

being infringed by another small company, and

here we are planning to let this known to domestic

and overseas internet users, by putting up protest

articles on the internet on a continuous basis, so as

to help prevent and root out this kind of wrongdoing.
